Classes are produced with the intention of teaching you techniques and skills to create the same styles on your own cakes at home or in your business. We are happy for you replicate any of the cakes you make in our classes for your own personal baking or in your baking business. If you choose to copy designs you should credit them to Dalias Cakes. 

We do not however allow any of our classes or part of them to be replicated, immitated or copied or taught - our classes content, in all forms and all the notes and structure are all copyright and you may not teach any in your own classes.

You may not take pictures or text from our website and use them in your own business or website.

When following our business classes you will use our instructions to be unique and come up with your own designs and ideas if you go down the teaching route.

Classes are non-refundable. It is not possible to give a refund for a class that is already yours. If you have rented it or if you have bought it.

 

Online events are refundable under certain circumstances.

 

If you cancel before 14 days in advance of a class, you will receive a full refund the value of your class.

​If you cancel within 14 days of a class taking place, we offer a coupon code towards a future class the value of the class cancelled.

If you cancel within 7 days of a class taking place, no credit will be given.

​

All classes will be refunded in full if we have to cancel a class ourselves, either a pre recorded or live online event such as zoom.

 

If for any reason we we are unable to run a class on a specific date and we are able to change the date, we will give you as much notice as possible and give you the option to book that class first.

​

 

If you do not want a different date and due to the postponement of the class, cannot attend, a full refund will be given.

If bad weather prevents us from running a scheduled course, or if we are unable to run the course, we will try to arrange an alternative date to be scheduled for you to attend.

​

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of a class booking. We cannot be held liable for any money spent by clients, such as other bookings surrounding the date of the class etc. In other words, if we have to cancel a class and you have already made or cancelled plans or bookings related to the date of the class, the maximum credit note amount from Dalias Cakes will be limited to the total amount of money you spent on booking the original class.
