Cheesecake Brownie Muffins

When it comes to Shavuos ( I admit this happens during the year too), I have this craving for these amazing Cheesecake Brownie Muffins.
They are sooo tasty and easily put together without a mixer.
Try them and you will not be able to turn back. No more running to buy them at your local Cafe!!
Start making them now!
Prepare cupcake tray with tulip muffin papers
Makes 12 -15
Pre heat oven to 170⁰C
Ingredients
Brownie
• 100g / ¾ C melted butter
• 180g /1 ½ C plain flour
• Shake of ground cinnamon
• Pinch salt
• 400g / 2 C sugar
• 2 tspn baking powder
• 2 tspn vanilla sugar
• 90g / ¾ C cocoa powder
• 4 eggs
• 2 Tbsp /90g sour cream
• Handful / 50g real chocolate chips
Mix all together and spoon into tulip cases
Cheese mixture
• 400g of 5% soft cheese / gevina levana
• 2 Tbsp / 90g sour cream
• 190g / ¾ C of 5% blended cottage cheese
• 100g / ½ C sugar
• 2 tspn vanilla sugar
• 1.5 Tbsp plain flour
• 1 egg
Mix all together till smooth.
Spoon on top of the Brownie mixture.
Bake for 50 mins.
Let cool and you won’t be able to resist but best to wait a day before eating so the flavors can develop.
