Protein Brownies

You know those kids who find it hard to get in enough protein and vegetables, we all have one of them including me! Try these protein brownies for a winning solution.
These are so tasty and packed with good nutrients, you NEED to have these around for grabbing!

Ingredients
• 150g plain flour
• 2tspn baking powder
• 120g blender white or pinto beans from a tin
• 230g pumpkin or other orange veg puree
• 3Tbsp almond butter
• 115ml almond milk
• 40g coconut sugar
• 50g white sugar
• 15ml date syrup
• ½ C /50g cocoa powder
• 2 Tbsp / 20g sesame seeds
• 2 Tbsp / 20g pumpkin powder
• ¼ C / 40ml oil
• 1 egg
• Pinch salt
• ½ C / 85g real chocolate chips
Method:
Pre heat oven to 180⁰C
Mix all ingredients together and then add chocolate chips and stir.
1 scoop per cupcake case.
Topping:
30g ground almonds mixed with 10g sugar
Sprinkle this over the batter and add some choc chips
Bake for 30mins 180⁰C
Makes 20 cupcakes
